To use BikesKart, you must:

Be the rightful owner or legal representative of the vehicle you intend to sell

Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these conditions.

2. Service Overview

BikesKart offers:

Free bike valuation based on inputs provided

Scheduling of inspection and doorstep pickup (in supported locations)

Instant payment processing (subject to verification)

RC transfer and ownership change assistance

All valuations are indicative and not binding unless followed by inspection and documentation.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information

Not impersonate others or submit false details

Not list stolen or encumbered vehicles

Cooperate during inspection and RC handover process

Any misuse may result in suspension or legal action.

4. Valuation & Offers

Valuations provided by BikesKart are:

Based on current market trends and internal algorithms

Subject to physical verification of the vehicle condition

Non-binding until final inspection and approval

We reserve the right to revise or withdraw offers based on actual vehicle condition or documentation issues.

5. payment Terms

Payment is initiated only after final agreement and submission of required documents.

Processing may take 24–48 hours post pickup (in most cases).

All payments are done via bank transfer or UPI to the registered seller only.

6. RC Transfer & Documentation

We assist with RC transfer through authorized agents or RTOs.

Seller must provide original RC, valid insurance, ID proof, and signed forms (Form 29/30 or as per state).

BikesKart is not liable for delays caused by RTOs or incomplete documents.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Attempt to defraud BikesKart or other users

Use bots, scripts, or reverse engineer our website

List or attempt to sell unregistered, stolen, or tampered vehicles

8. Intellecuall Property

All website content, logos, and branding are the property of BikesKart and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BikesKart is not liable for:

Losses due to incorrect information submitted by users

Delays in payments or RC transfers due to third-party services

Any consequential or indirect damages arising from use of the platform

Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user access if:

Terms are violated

Fraudulent activity is detected

Misuse or abuse of the platform occurs

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore].
