1. Eligibility

• You must be the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle
• You must provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

2. Service Overview

• Online bike price estimation
• Free doorstep inspection (selected locations)
• Instant or same-day payment (post verification)
• RC transfer and ownership assistance

All prices shown are indicative and subject to physical inspection.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide genuine vehicle and personal details
• Ensure the vehicle is not stolen, hypothecated, or disputed
• Cooperate during inspection and document submission

4. Valuation & Offers

Bike prices are calculated based on market data and internal algorithms. Final price depends on:

• Physical condition of the bike
• Documents verification
• Market demand

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are made only after final agreement
• Payment is done via bank transfer or UPI
• Payment processing usually takes 24–48 hours

6. RC Transfer & Documentation

• Seller must provide original RC and valid ID proof
• Forms 29/30 or applicable RTO forms must be signed
• BikesKart is not responsible for RTO delays

7. Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting fraud or impersonation
• Selling stolen or illegal vehicles
• Using bots or automated tools

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, designs, and content are the property of BikesKart. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

BikesKart is not liable for:

• Loss due to incorrect information provided by users
• Delays caused by third-party services or RTOs
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud or misuse is detected

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
